Career Connections 21, Feb 24: To celebrate CTE Month, the WCPSS Career Development Coordinators will host a variety of virtual career development sessions for students in grades 9-12. Students select sessions based on their interests. There will also be an industry fair for students to meet and hear from professionals in career fields based on their interests. Juniors & Seniors interested in the military. The ASVAB test will be given on Feb 10th at 7:30 at GMHS in the Small Gym. The ASVAB is FREE & Mandatory for entrance into the military. We are Limited to 48 students and Seniors will have priority. Scores are valid for 2 years. This will be the only opportunity to take the test at GMHS this school year. Military Member Panel: Things Your Recruiter Won't Tell You - Open to all students interested in learning about life in the military. One current member from each branch (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Guard and Reserve). These ladies are dedicated to helping girls understand and pursue technology related careers through hands-on activities and field trips.
